3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality - including but not limited to text, design, graphics, photographs, video content, audio, icons, logos, illustrations, software, and code - are owned by MedTech Voice, its licensors, or its content providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The MedTech Voice name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of MedTech Voice. You may not use any trademark, service mark, or logo without the prior written consent of MedTech Voice.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
